Banca Generali ( www.bancagenerali.com ), the leading private bank in Italy for client financial planning and wealth management through a network of private Financial Advisors at the top of their field in terms of expertise and professionalism, is looking for a PMO to be introduced in Milan office, inside Project Governance Unit.

Project Governance unit is responsible for managing company's single projects and defining tools and standard for project management in Banca Generali.

Moreover, it ensures communication and alignment inside the company, providing project and portfolio status reports to management and stakeholders.

For managed projects each PMO have to:

• Support in scope baseline definition
• Collect requirements and manage changes
• Identify and plan deliverables and tasks
• Engage and manage stakeholders (internal and external)
• Monitor tasks and manage issues
• Manage IT test activities
• Arrange meetings and project communications
• Manage and control project costs vs assigned budget
• Prepare project status reports for top management

Requirements

• Master degree in finance, economy or engineering
• At least 3 -5 years experience in project management in consulting companies or other banking institutions
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Good spoken and written English
• Availability to travel
