Lead PMO

• Reports to CDP and PD
• Act as Lead PMO and leads the PMO team members daily work; execute the governance model, ROB, resource management, program status reporting
• Lead the onboarding and offboarding approach for new team members to the program
• Partner with Finance and Delivery management to continually look for efficiencies
• Improve ways of working

Detailed Status Reporting

• Lead the PMO team to maintain and update Virtuoso reports and monitor internal compliance requirements (e.g. Data Compliance questionnaires and CPOD)
• Support production and distribution of customer steerco materials
• Lead the PMO team to maintain project RAID logs

Customer Facing

• Good customer presence working directly with the customer to support wider governance admin

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience in running PMO function for complex deliveries
• Can direct others work
• Comfortable with waterfall and agile methodologies
• SC level required
