Job Description:
• IT Project management role , responsible for operations and project management in network and infrastructure domain.
• Hybrid working at office location at Rugby and Cheltenham. Active SC Clearance required.
• Essential Responsibilities
• Provide project management support in the network operation center environment.
• Experience in Risk and Issue management.
• Experience working in SLA controlled ITIL environment.
• Good knowledge of BAU operations processes.
• Strong MS Office skills including MS Project.
• Proficient in project planning and resource coordination.
• Skilled in delivery within time and budget and within quality standards.
• Responsible to adhere with the customer policies and process.
• Stay current and follow Cyber Security Compliance policies, processes, and strategies.
• Customer facing skills and ability to discuss technical requirements.
• Support the program manager in KPI metrics collection and reporting.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• IT customer experience communicating across multiple stakeholder levels including IT End users, Suppliers & IT leadership.

Desired Qualifications/Requirements
• ITIL certified and Prince-2
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
