A day in the Life:
The position has responsibility for strategic and operational Project leadership within the Capacity Expansions area. This PM will lead and govern technical teams as part of high-profile IT and Engineering collaborations within the PSG IT Capacity Expansions team. The PM in this position will work closely with internal IT & functional business groups to ensure that we meet technical needs for new manufacturing sites and expansions within those sites. Success is defined by timely and on-budget delivery of all integration activities in the infrastructure, software deployment, automation, and customer experience domains by working closely with other IT functions such as PMO, Applications, Shared Services infrastructure, local IT leadership, global IT leadership, and cybersecurity teams.
Keys to Success:

Education
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree preferred

Experience
Demonstrated ability with information technology delivery for regulated businesses highly desirable, specifically in supporting IT delivery or transition in manufacturing or integrations. Leadership experience in a matrixed environment preferred.

• Ability to lead and influence colleagues at all levels toward a strategic goal
• Manufacturing, Healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience highly desirable
• PMP or similar certification preferred
• Availably to work limited hours during evenings to collaborate with North American leadership
• Excellent English and Italian language skills required.
