Join our teams and contribute to the financial monitoring of high-value research and development projects, in connection with national and European funding schemes.
Join a dynamic team: As part of the finance team, and in close collaboration with project teams, engineers, and auditors, you will play a key role in the monitoring, reliability, and financial optimization of R&D projects.
You will evolve in a structured, demanding, and stimulating environment, at the heart of the Group's innovation challenges.
Your main responsibilities:
Ensure the full financial monitoring of ongoing and upcoming R&D projects
Record and control staff hours and eligible expenses in line with funding requirements
Perform personnel cost calculations and monthly expense tracking
Produce monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders
Calculate grants to be received (SAR) and deferred income (SCA)
Contribute to budget forecasts, including grant calculations and R&D tax credit (CIR)
Monitor regulatory developments related to R&D funding schemes
Act as the main point of contact for auditors (statutory auditors and external firms) regarding grant justifications
Communicate financial data to operational teams (project coordinators, engineers)
Provide finance teams with short- and medium-term grant forecasts
Your strengths to succeed:
Degree (Bac+2/+3) in management, accounting, or finance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a financial environment, ideally linked to R&D projects or public funding
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (income statement, balance sheet)
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Knowledge of R&D funding mechanisms (tax credits, grants) is a plus
Familiarity with funding bodies (BPI, ADEME, European Commission, etc.) is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and rigor
Strong affinity with numbers
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability in a cross-functional environment
