You'll be joining our Central Operations department which is based at our Support Centre (M26)
  • The role is Permanent
  • Full time hours
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week onsite (M26 1GG)
  • Joining our supportive and growing team

  • With an onsite mini market shop and casual seating space inside and outside (for the sunnier days)

Your future, your role

As a Project Manager you'll be:
  • Working closely with our Mergers and Acquisitions team to support our growth projects.
  • A hands-on approach, supporting stakeholders and delivering work to hit deadlines
  • Ensuring project plans and action logs are always up-to-date and completed with enough detail to effectively run working groups and the project itself
  • Initiating management actions in response to project progress reports (achievement, productivity and risk)
  • Establishing appropriate best practice programme/project management techniques within their project portfolio

You will need:
  • 2+ years working in projects/programmes in multi-site business environment.
  • Advanced communication (verbal, written, listening) skills
  • Ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity understanding the impact of this on portfolio of projects
  • Experience with Microsoft Projects (beneficial)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
