Project Initiation & Governance
Support preparation and sign-off of Project Charter and Business Case
Establish project governance structure and Steering Committee cadence
Define stakeholder map, RACI, and escalation model
Ensure alignment with IT PMO methodology and governance standards
Project Planning & Baseline Management
Define and manage project scope and scope baseline
Develop and maintain detailed project plan (milestones, dependencies, critical path)
Resource planning and capacity coordination
Establish and maintain cost baseline aligned with approved PRs
Create and maintain Risk & Issue Register and Change Log
Project Execution & Delivery Management
Manage day-to-day project execution activities
Coordinate delivery across IT teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties
Track progress against plan, budget, and milestones
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, including timely escalation
Ensure adherence to agreed delivery timelines and quality standards
Vendor & Third-Party Management
Coordinate with system vendors, integrators, and external service providers
Track vendor deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
Review and validate vendor plans and delivery commitments
Manage delivery risks arising from third-party dependencies

Reporting & Communication
Prepare and submit regular Project Status Reports (weekly / monthly)
Provide RAID status, financial tracking, and milestone reporting
Prepare Steering Committee presentations and updates

Go-Live and Cutover Plan

Roles & Responsibilities
Managed Service Provider: Responsible for delivery of Project Management services as defined in this SOW
IT Lead / Sponsor: Overall accountability, approvals, and strategic direction
Business Stakeholders: Provide requirements, sign-offs, and business decisions
Service Model
Services shall be provided on a managed service basis
Resources shall be experienced in CRMNext, AMBIT, ESB/APIC, RDBMS & IT systems
