In this role, you drive the global management of technical service providers and blade-related projects for wind turbine rotor blades within the service organization. As Project Manager Blade Service, you work closely with regional service teams, Global Blade Quality, and external partners. Your contribution ensures efficient processes, high technical quality, and safe execution in the global wind energy service environment.

YOUR TASKS
• You take global responsibility as Project Manager Blade Service for managing and developing technical service providers for wind turbine rotor blade services
• You perform market surveys, qualify service providers, and prepare and lead negotiations with international suppliers
• You lead the global rotor blade tender program, including volume consolidation and technical optimization of framework agreements
• You develop and implement wind turbine blade tools, processes, and best practices in regional service organizations
• You manage the interface to Global Blade Quality and ensure effective cross-functional coordination
• You lead special projects such as process, tool, or material optimizations and supervise complex wind turbine blade repairs on site
• You create reports, perform field inspections, and provide regular management-level reporting

YOUR PROFILE
• Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification gained through relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in project management and leading teams in a global corporate environment
• Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance is mandatory
• Proven hands-on experience in operational wind turbine blade projects is required
• Excellent English skills with strong international communication and negotiation ability
• Confident use of MS Office and basic knowledge of SAP
• Structured working style with strong problem-solving skills and high customer orientation
• Willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20%
