Antalis, part of Kokusai Pulp & Paper group, is the leading B2B distributor of products and services in Papers and industrial Packaging, and number two in the distribution of Visual Communication media.

As a distributor, our offer is key and so is the product master data related to it, specifically when it is for 29 countries. Antalis is seeking a Product Master Data Project Manager to join the Group Digital Business team. Reporting to the Director in charge of Marketing Campaigns, Master Data & Merchandizing, you will participate to the management of product data for Antalis in all aspects (maintenance & evolutions, quality control and improvement, offline and online catalogues creation, business projects). You will be part of a team of four Master Data Project Managers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional Master Data and marketing teams to support Master Data management and Merchandizing development following best practice guidelines and will be a key part to the Master Data community animation.

MISSIONS :

Product Master Data maintenance, evolutions & projects activities:
• Drive & coordinate the Master Data activities for Antalis business projects integration of new companies, or business merge, quality improvement initiatives:
• define & drive complex data integration projects
• communicate about progresses, document & alert on risks
• Manage the daily run activities on product master data using the Master Data core applications of Antalis (SAP & MDM)
• Contribute to the exhaustive and clear definition of Product data usage within Antalis

Business support:
• Check, control and improve the quality of product Master Data in collaboration with Central and Local Marketing teams with core tools (Qlik)
• Train, support and animate Marketing teams (Master Data, Product Management and MarCom teams) on maintenance, evolutions and project activities
• Ensure full understanding of data usage within Marketing teams

PROFILE :

Functional skills :
• Diplomed from a BAC+3 to +5, with ideally 5 to 10 years of expertise
• Business expertise related to Master data management topic
• Solid experience in cross-countries project management
• Knowledge of B2B Digital market
• Management and expertise on Excel & PIM tools

Soft skills:
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills (anticipation, presentation, assertiveness)
• Analytical and solution oriented
• Structured and autonomous

OTHER INFORMATION:

Type of contract : fixed contract

Location : France Headquarter/Boulogne-Billancourt +2 days home working, after validation
