AWC Staff Services are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to deliver security systems projects across the UK.
Working within a specialist systems integration environment, you'll oversee delivery of access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems across high-security, infrastructure, transport, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple installation and commissioning projects end-to-end
Deliver against time, cost, and quality targets
Oversee site engineering and installation teams
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
Manage risk, change control, and variations
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors
Produce progress reports and recovery plans
Support procurement of materials and resources
Ensure compliance with CDM and NEC/JCT frameworks
Requirements:
3+ years' project management experience in technical or construction-related environments
Background in security systems, telecoms, electronics, or similar preferred
Knowledge of APM / PRINCE2 / PMI principles
Experience working under CDM regulations
NEC3/4 or JCT contract knowledge desirable
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work across site, office, and remote environments
Additional Information:
Hybrid role (Nottingham / Home Based, UK travel required)
Mix of office, site, and remote working
Exposure to complex, high-security projects
