The Procurement Manager is responsible for managing procurement professionals and overseeing the execution of sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management activities. The role ensures alignment with short-term business goals.
This job profile is intended for People Managers of more senior expert-level employees (P20 - P40, M20).

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement operations and team performance.
Execute sourcing strategies and supplier negotiations.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experienceare minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
Required Skills:
Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
Team leadership and coaching abilities.
Analytical and decision-making capabilities.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
Experience with procurement systems and tools.
