About the Role
This Assistant Project Manager role supports the pre-construction phase of major stadium and arena developments across Europe. You will work alongside senior project managers to help plan and prepare projects ahead of construction, ensuring a strong foundation for successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include supporting project planning, developing programmes, assisting with cost planning and procurement activities, and coordinating with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders across multiple regions. You will also help review designs, manage project documentation, and identify risks and opportunities at an early stage.
Working across a range of high-profile projects, the role requires strong organisation, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with international teams. It provides valuable exposure to complex, large-scale developments, where early decisions are critical to programme, cost, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior project managers in the planning and coordination of stadium and arena developments across Europe
- Assist with project programming, cost planning, and reporting during the pre-construction phase
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to support design development and information flow
- Contribute to procurement activities, including tender preparation and contractor evaluation
- Assist in risk management, project documentation, and stakeholder reporting to support effective decision-making
We are looking for someone with:
- Degree in a construction-related discipline, in a non-construction subject with experience working within a construction consultancy environment
- A strong interest in construction project and/or cost management, with a desire to build a long-term career in the industry
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and support multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, consultants and contractors
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work well as part of a wider project team
