JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager with onsite construction experience specializing in Civil Infrastructure to lead and oversee infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of civil infrastructure construction to ensure projects meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to successfully deliver complex infrastructure developments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, design review, and construction phases of civil infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, drainage, and related facilities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and infrastructure design.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
