Job Description
As a Project Manager - Supply Chain & ERP, you will:

• Lead end-to-end project execution across supply chain and ERP transformation initiatives
• Manage cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within defined timelines
• Oversee ERP implementation or integration projects, preferably within SAP environments
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with business objectives in procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order-to-cash processes
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics, ensuring smooth delivery

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4-6 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in Program/Project Management
• Strong background in Supply Chain Management, including procurement, warehousing, planning, logistics, and order-to-cash
• Proven experience leading teams of functional and/or technical analysts
• Hands-on experience with ERP transformation or integration projects (preferably SAP)
• Exposure to logistics system implementations such as WMS, TMS, or OMS
• Experience working in retail or supply chain-driven environments

You should possess the ability to:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic project environment
• Manage multiple stakeholders and ensure clear communication across all levels
• Analyze business requirements and align them with technical solutions
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies
• Deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
• Adapt to evolving business needs and drive continuous improvement
