About this vacancy

You will work closely with Senior Project Managers, actively participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery. You will serve as the link between technical departments and the client, ensuring that each milestone is successfully achieved. What you'll be responsible for: - Supporting the creation and updating of project plans (Gantt), monitoring deadlines and milestones. - Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Purchasing) to ensure goal alignment. - Analyzing project progress and costs, promptly reporting any deviations from the budget. - Collaborating on the proactive identification of project risks and monitoring mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on time and costs. - Preparing periodic reports for management and managing project technical and contractual documentation. - Supporting the management of relationships with international clients during technical progress meetings.

What we expect from you

• Master's Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in the role
• Excellent command of Microsoft Project and the Office suite.
• Familiarity with Project Management techniques
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English for managing international stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and synthesis skills, results-oriented approach, and ability to manage priorities in dynamic and regulated environments.
