At Quarriers, our values sit at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a driven Project Manager to lead our Riverview Adult Respite and Short Breaks Service, supporting adults with disabilities to live fulfilled, meaningful lives.

You'll inspire teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred respite support in a beautiful setting, working closely with families, colleagues and partners to achieve positive outcomes.

37 hours ¦ 5 days over 7 ¦ On-call duties ¦ Idyllic location

What you'll need

• SVQ Level 4 (or equivalent) in Social Care or related field
• Registered Managers Award (or willingness to achieve)
• Leadership experience in adult social care
• A strong commitment to dignity, inclusion and person-centred support
• A full UK driving licence
