Skills & Experience:

Proven record of successfully delivering complex IT, digital, and business process automation projects within a global organization.
Extensive experience in business analysis, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering for automation initiatives.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, testing, release management, and automation technologies.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across business, technical, and analytical teams.
Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks, particularly in automation projects.
Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Visio, BPMN).
Demonstrated ability in managing vendor-delivered projects, especially those related to automation and process optimization.
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies for trading business, product delivery, and automation initiatives.
