We're supporting a well-established, rapidly expanding UK manufacturer who design and produce high-quality, bespoke commercial products. Following significant growth and future expansion plans, they are looking to add a Senior Project Coordinator to their close-knit Projects Team.
This is not a traditional construction Project Coordinator role, there are no sub-contractors to manage and no installation responsibilities. Instead, you'll coordinate the full lifecycle of multiple supply-only projects, ensuring customers receive an exceptional, smooth and professional service from sales handover through to final completion.
The Role
You will take ownership of 20-30+ live projects at any one time (higher during peak seasons), typically valued at an average of £7-8k each. Your work will involve:
You'll be part of a supportive team, reporting directly into a hands-on Team Lead, with indirect mentorship from a highly experienced senior team member.

- Managing projects end to end once handed over by the sales team
- Liaising with CAD, production scheduling, and technical teams
- Working closely with customers to finalise details, colours and layouts
- Maintaining project documentation and keeping all stakeholders updated
- Identifying risks, solving problems quickly and communicating changes
- Ensuring projects are ready for production on time and to specification
- Conducting project reviews and completing end-of-project reports
