Role Overview:
Overall accountable for FPSO project execution including cost, schedule, safety, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead project execution strategy and governance
* Manage client and stakeholder relationships
* Oversee EPC performance across all packages
* Ensure delivery within budget and schedule
* Drive HSE leadership and execution excellence
* Approve major project decisions and risk strategies

Requirements:
* 15+ years' senior leadership in FPSO / offshore EPC projects
* Strong client-facing and delivery leadership experience
