What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Project Managers in the day-to-day management and administration of live projects
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of tender and contract documentation
- Attending project meetings, taking accurate notes, and preparing professional meeting minutes
- Managing project communications and supporting contract administration
- Working collaboratively with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard
What We Are Looking For
- Further education qualification i.e. college/university, or equivalent experience in construction project management or other relevant qualification.
- Either hold or be working towards a professional project management qualification: PRINCE2, APM or equivalent, or be an Associate member of, or be working towards, a related associate membership of a construction related professional body i.e. CoB, APM, CIAT etc.
- Experience assisting with construction or property-related projects
- A good understanding of industry-standard contracts (NEC and/or JCT)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident written communication skills, including producing clear and accurate meeting minutes
- A proactive team player who can also work under their own initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Willingness to travel, with a full UK driving licence
