To facilitate and execute project management activities, ensuring successful project planning, execution, and delivery. Manage project scope, risks, and timelines, and ensuring alignment with Daman's project management framework. Contribute to stakeholder engagement, monitor project performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate project documentation and compliance with best practices.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Facilitate project planning, ensuring scope, objectives, and milestones are well-defined.
• Develop and track project plans, activities, and deliverables against predefined timelines.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with risk and quality standards.
• Monitor and analyze project performance indicators for strategic decision-making support.
• Execute stakeholder engagement activities, addressing concerns and maintaining active collaboration.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to support seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and report any variances for corrective actions.
• Organize project review meetings, draft reports, and present key findings for evaluation.
• Liaise with third parties, vendors, and internal teams for project-related coordination.
• Ensure quality compliance of project deliverables aligned with Daman's best practices.
• Provide project guidance, ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational objectives.
Quality & Excellence Management:
• Monitor and assess project quality through continuous evaluation and improvement initiatives.
• Implement documentation standards, ensuring comprehensive project records and compliance.
• Adapt project methodologies to optimize efficiency and enhance overall project performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project management effectiveness.
Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent is a plus.
Experience
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project management.
