To oversee the execution of strategic projects within Daman Insurance. Manage project scope, risks, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives. Foster collaboration among stakeholders, implement best practices in project management, and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor project performance, presenting progress reports, and establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage the entire lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Implement structured project management methodologies to improve project efficiency and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project execution and delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation by implementing best practices and emerging trends in project management.
• Establish robust governance frameworks for risk, compliance, and performance monitoring in project execution.
• Oversee risk assessment and mitigation planning, ensuring project resilience and business continuity.
• Enhance project reporting mechanisms by developing performance metrics and dashboards for tracking progress.
• Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring budget compliance and financial optimization.
• Assign and oversee work schedules of subordinates, ensuring effective resource allocation.
• Present key project updates, risks, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication between departments and external vendors.
• Propose enhancements to project management tools, templates, and workflows for operational excellence.
Quality & Excellence Management:
• Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Improve documentation processes to maintain comprehensive project records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Enhance risk management frameworks by conducting assurance reviews and implementing corrective actions.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve project outcomes.
People Management Responsibilities:
• Manage and motivate project teams, fostering a high-performance work environment.
• Develop training programs to enhance team competencies in project management methodologies.
• Plan and execute team-building activities to promote collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications
Preferred Educational Qualifications and Professional Certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent is a plus.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
