Senior Project Manager - EMEA
Make complex upgrades simple. Deliver at scale.
This role will initially focus on leading highly complex Server Appliance upgrades and new installations across the EMEA installed base. You'll work at scale, building deep product and process expertise while helping transform these projects into repeatable, high-quality deliveries that minimise clinical downtime.
Over time, this role will play a key part in expanding the Server Appliance footprint across additional treatment delivery platforms.
Location & flexibility
This role is open to candidates based across EMEA. Remote working is supported, with collaboration across multiple EMEA locations.

Senior Project Manager - EMEA

Location & flexibility

What you'll do
- Lead complex, multi-product HW & SW projects, including large or multi-site implementations
- Own delivery for Luminary, Strategic and other high-visibility customers
- Plan and coordinate installations, upgrades, and readiness activities with customers, partners, and internal teams
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and control forecasts and schedules
- Coordinate resources, logistics, and equipment shipments
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) projects
- Drive continuous improvement through process, training, and documentation
- Act as a senior escalation point, mentor others, and step in for the team manager when required
What you bring
- Advanced experience in project management and PM tools
- Strong knowledge of hardware and/or software implementations in complex environments
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and solve ambiguous problems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and escalation skills
- Structured, delivery-focused working style with a strong customer mindset
- For HW projects: general knowledge of construction, codes, and radiation regulations
- For SW projects: general knowledge of network design, server management, and healthcare software environments
