Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity for a Band 7 Pathology Network Project Manager.
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to demonstrate your project leadership skills and deliver key projects within a developing Pathology network.
The role will be hosted by East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust but will be based across the Sussex Pathology Network (SPN) which includes three Trusts:
Main duties of the job
The post holder will operate within a wider team providing professional portfolio, programme and project management services.
They will be responsible for managing the implementation of projects within the Network's Transformation Programme, working closely with the Heads of Pathology, clinical and digital and other teams across Sussex.
The post holder will deliver the projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards, supporting customer business needs.
The post holder will be expected to manage multistranded projects using PRINCE2 methodology, demonstrating excellent risk management and financial control throughout. The role requires a professional project management approach that involves managing the project team and coordinating all project activities in accordance with the customer needs, supplier capability and local or national standards and requirements.
