The Opportunity

As a Project Manager - Smallworks & MAC, you will play a key role in delivering workplace transformation projects for leading corporate clients.

You'll manage a varied portfolio-from small office refurbishments to large-scale relocations-ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and sustainably.

You'll act as the main point of contact for clients, working closely with internal teams and suppliers, while also contributing to the growth of our MAC services in the Netherlands.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Smallworks Project Delivery

• Lead office refurbishments, fit-outs, and technical upgrades
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and quality
• Oversee contractors, suppliers, and on-site delivery
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and regulations
• Identify and manage risks, changes, and stakeholder expectations

2. MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) Projects

• Manage end-to-end workplace projects including relocations and reconfigurations
• Act as the primary client contact from start to finish
• Use MAC tools (e.g. move matrix, RACI, stakeholder mapping) to structure delivery
• Manage furniture, fixtures & equipment (FF&E), applying circular economy principles
• Coordinate logistics: dismantling, transport, installation and reconfiguration
• Conduct or oversee FF&E audits to support workplace strategy

3. Commercial & Financial Management

• Prepare proposals, scopes of work and variations
• Review supplier quotes and negotiate best value
• Identify opportunities for additional services and growth
• Support business development activities within the MAC service line

4. Stakeholder Management & Reporting

• Build strong relationships with clients, FM teams, HR and suppliers
• Provide clear reporting and regular project updates
• Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement
• Promote MAC services to existing and prospective clients

What We're Looking For
Experience & Knowledge

• ~3+ years' experience in project management (corporate, FM, or construction environments)
• Experience delivering fit-out, refurbishment or smallworks projects
• Exposure to MAC projects (moves, relocations) is a plus
• Understanding of contractor and supply chain management
• Passion for sustainability and circular economy principles
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CAFM, or space planning tools is beneficial

Qualifications

• Degree (HBO/WO) in Project Management, Construction, Real Estate, FM or similar
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent is an advantage

Our MAC team delivers Move, Add & Change services across the Netherlands and Belgium, working with multinational clients, financial institutions and public sector organisations.

We integrate workplace strategy, FM and real estate expertise, while embedding sustainability through our circular economy approach-from reuse and audits to responsible disposal
