Please note this is a 12 month FTC opportunity,You will lead major programmes across the business, with full accountability for delivery. You will manage customer-funded projects, growth programmes, and transition into business-as-usual activity.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure projects deliver clear business benefits. You will also help embed a strong project management culture and support the development of less experienced team members.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through to closure
• Work with sponsors and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and costs
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans
• Monitor delivery against agreed milestones and report on progress
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure benefits are clearly defined, tracked, and realised
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams on contract changes
• Drive continuous improvement across project management tools and processes
• Capture lessons learned and ensure they inform future projects
• Support and develop junior team members
