What You Will Do

• Execute FP digital strategy in close alignment with KAMs, implement digital roadmap,
  and ensure tool and process adoption
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, scope
  documents and budgets, summarized in a CANVAS
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients or
  stakeholders
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers, etc.)
• Assign tasks, track progress, and resolve issues as they arise
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Manage expectations and ensure that client requirements are clear
• Create and deliver status reports, including tracking milestones and performance to key stakeholders
• Identify and address project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure project realization within scope, time, and budget
• Oversee quality assurance (QA) processes to ensure digital deliverables meet required
  standards
• Conduct or coordinate testing phases, including user testing and acceptance testing
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently

What makes you a good fit

• Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Business Informatics, Information Systems,
  Computer Science, Business Administration, International Management (Ideally CEMS)
• Structured and analytical working style
• Interest in digital platforms, IT governance, or process design
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint
