EVO Group - the UK's largest multi-channel distributor of business supplies and services - is looking for a talented Interiors & Workspace Design Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced Interiors division on a maternity cover contract.

With unparalleled reach and over 20,000 customers across the UK, EVO Group delivers workspace solutions that shape high-performing environments. This role is an exciting opportunity to support that mission during a key period of team cover.

The Role

This maternity cover position provides vital coordination support to our Interiors Specialists, ensuring projects run smoothly from initial concept through to completion. You will produce professional quotes and presentations, work closely with supply chain teams, planners and fitters, and manage essential pre-delivery documentation such as RAMS and risk assessments. Occasional branch travel and supplier visits may be required.

You will not be required to attend customer meetings - these remain the responsibility of our Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain and maintain strong product range knowledge
• Use internal systems to support project coordination
• Produce professional quotes and customer presentations
• Collaborate with Specialists, supply chain, planners, and fitters
• Confidently use CAD and British design platforms
• Prepare RAMS, risk assessments, and pre-delivery project documentation
• Source environmental accreditations
• Support admin processes and overall project efficiency
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout
• Manage projects from start to finish
• Occasional travel to other branches as needed
• Undertake relevant qualifications where required

Essential Skills & Abilities

• Experience in interiors, workspace design, or project coordination
• Proficient in CAD, Excel, and design platforms
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills
• Experience producing quotes and customer presentations
• Knowledge of RAMS and project documentation
• Ability to work independently with confidence and initiative
• Flexibility to travel
