We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join our growing Development and Regeneration team.

Key Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of affordable housing
• To play a key role in balancing cost, quality and programme
• To contribute development and construction expertise
• To identify, appraise and progress new development opportunities

We are looking for someone with...

• Experience working within a housing association or public sector, particularly working in a development team or relevant qualification.
• Experience managing construction or housing development projects from pre-contract through to post-completion.
• Experience of working with and directing consultants, contractors and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Professionalism, resilience and solution-focused.
• Ability to travel as required to meet the demands of the role.
