We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Managerto join our dynamic team, supporting delivery of our ambitious transformation portfolio. This role is central to progressing significant organisational change, introducing new systems and ways of working, and underpinning our five-year strategy
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and achieve their intended benefits, while supporting high-quality governance and assurance processes across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

- Manage projects aligned to the Trust's Transformation Strategy, ensuring effective governance and reporting
- Develop and maintain plans, monitor progress, risks and issues, and escalate where required
- Produce high-quality reports for senior forums including Executive Transformation Programme Board
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across a wide range of audiences
- Support continuous improvement of PMO standards, tools and methodologies
- Line manage and support project team members as required
