Junior Electrical Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Project Manager to support the management of electrical projects from initiation through to completion. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management skills within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical projects.
• Support senior project managers in managing resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project progress.
• Monitor project performance and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Help resolve project issues and facilitate problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Some experience or background in electrical project management or electrical engineering.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to pursue formal project management training is a plus.
