Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful execution through effective stakeholder management, resource coordination, and structured planning. The role requires strong leadership capabilities to drive delivery outcomes while maintaining alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and tracking project milestones
• Managing risks and dependencies, and implementing robust mitigation strategies to ensure delivery stability and predictability
• Overseeing cross-functional teams, ensuring optimal resource utilisation, clear communication, and alignment across all stakeholders

Delivery & Ways of Working

The role demands expertise in Agile delivery frameworks, including facilitating key ceremonies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a collaborative, outcome-oriented delivery culture. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, governance, and timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
