Assistant Project Manager

Are you organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering impactful housing projects? We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of our ambitious Buyback Programme and wider Housing Investment initiatives.

About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of property acquisition and refurbishment projects. Working closely with the Property Acquisition Manager and wider team, you will help coordinate project activities, manage data and reporting, and engage with key stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting delivery of the Buyback Programme and housing projects
  • Coordinating project plans, timelines, and progress tracking
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing materials
  • Organising meetings, managing diaries, and recording key actions
  • Maintaining accurate project data and documentation
  • Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders

What We're Looking For
  • Experience supporting projects or programme delivery
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement experience
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work under pressure
