Job Description
• Oversees establishment of the ConstructionManagement Plan, Site Specific Health and Safety Plan, QualityAssurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.
• Works to devise and executes action plans torectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significantchanges to the scope of work; advises the client and company management ofany such changes
• Acts as the contractor's representative withthe client, subcontractors and suppliers during the project execution
• Procurement - Prepares purchase requisitionsand procures items necessary for the operation of the field office
• Establishes procedures for the administrationof all field vehicles and equipment; maintains necessary status logs andreports
• Coordinates the drafting of requisitions,subcontract scopes of work, amendments, and task orders
• Monitors contractor's expenses versusbudget.Prepares draft amendments if required
• Manages current and timely change orders
• Cost Engineering - Supervises the preparationof the contractors monthly construction progress report and the contractstatus report

Requirements
• 15 years total experience inturnkey Projects
• 5+ years in similar positionwithin Infrastricture Sector
• English Proficiency is a must
• Ability to work under pressure
