Your future, your role

As Project Manager, you'll be:

• Managing and coordinating a variety of customer and practice projects to increase th e adoption of digital technologies to increase customer self service and optimise practice operations.

• Ensuring the benefits are realised through the increase of online self service, in practice self service , AI and automation and use of data insights to drive business growth.

• Working with the programme governance team to ensure accurate risk, assumptions , issues and dependencies are tracked, maintained and valuated where required .

• Ensure the projects have detailed business cases with known costs and benefits

• Provide strong cost management and financial control of all risks, issues and measuring plans vs actual and a forecast.

• You will need 3 + years working in projects/ programme management , ideally in a health care, retail or multisite environment
