Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to lead complex, impactful initiatives within our Milton Keynes services. This includes both community and mental health services. In this role, you will use structured project management methodologies to drive service redesign, support change management, and ultimately improve patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, collaborative professional to work across multiple services, managing diverse clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to deliver meaningful transformation.

You will have solid experience utilising structured project management tools to guide projects through to successful completion. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are essential, alongside a proven ability to engage effectively with clinical staff and senior leadership.

Above all, we are looking for someone with a forward-thinking, innovative approach and a genuine desire to improve patient outcomes and contribute positively to a dynamic team.

Main duties of the job

Your core responsibilities will include leading healthcare service transformation and change management initiatives, supporting service redesigns, and managing the implementation of new or updated systems, including digital tools. Additionally, you will proactively analyse and resolve complex operational or project issues, mitigating risks to ensure seamless delivery.
