Contract Type: External Contractor Fixed Term From July 2026 January 2027 with plans to extend.
Salary: up-to 50,000 pro rata for part-time roles.

The Opportunity
Were seeking an exceptional Teacher Industry Exchange (TIE) Project Lead to drive an ambitious, collaborative project across the West of England.
You will lead the mobilisation and delivery of a high-profile programme focused on construction, retrofit, digital and modern methods of construction (MMC), and sustainability.
Working at the intersection of education, industry, and policy, youll bring together colleges, employers, and regional partners to co-create cutting-edge curriculum and industry-aligned teaching.
What Youll Lead
Drive Programme Delivery
- Mobilise and manage a complex, multi-partner regional project
- Establish governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
- Deliver against targets for placements, teaching, and curriculum innovation
Build Powerful Partnerships
- Act as a single point of contact for employers
- Engage SMEs and major industry partners
- Broker employer-led teaching and placements
Transform Teaching & Learning
- Coordinate teacher placements, CPD, and insight visits
- Facilitate employer-led workshops and masterclasses
- Lead curriculum co-design aligned to industry practice
Ensure Impact & Accountability
- Track delivery against KPIs
- Produce reports for the Mayoral Combined Authority
- Capture learning for future programme development
Who Were Looking For
- Proven project or programme management experience
- Strong employer engagement and partnership-building skills
- Knowledge of construction, sustainability, or green skills
- Experience in FE, skills, or workforce development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
