We are now seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Projects & Programme Delivery, you will manage a diverse portfolio of maintenance, refurbishment, infrastructure and capital projects across the University estate.
Operating within the University's Estates & Infrastructure governance framework, you will support the delivery of integrated annual and multi-year investment programmes aligned to operational priorities, asset management objectives and the University's wider strategic ambitions.
The role will involve managing projects through the full lifecycle, including:
You will work closely with Estates Operations, Procurement, Finance, academic departments and external consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively and with minimal disruption within a live Higher Education environment.

About You
You will be an experienced project professional with a strong track record of delivering construction, infrastructure, refurbishment or lifecycle projects within complex operational environments.
You will also demonstrate:
Experience within Higher Education or similarly complex estates environments would be advantageous.

- good knowledge of project governance, risk management and financial control
