Person specification

project management training and experience

Essential criteria

• Degree level qualification or relevant experience
• Formal Programme and/or Project management training

Desirable criteria

• Relevant Masters level qualification in field of health or social care or working at a senior level in specialist area
• At least 3 years senior experience in health care improvement working at or above Band 6

planning and interpretation

Essential criteria

• Experience of developing and delivering improvement and efficiency plans

Desirable criteria

• Comfortable dealing with financial information, including a working knowledge of NHS financial processes.
