As a Senior Project Manager you will lead the profitable delivery of customer projects, ensuring all works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver all projects in line with financial targets and budget expectations
• Manage work in progress (WIP) and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Follow established project processes and procedures at all times
• Provide leadership, support and guidance to Project Managers
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities with existing clients and third parties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders, including procurement
• Manage subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery
• Oversee full project lifecycle from scope development through to practical completion
• Coordinate with client representatives and Contract Managers to ensure delivery within agreed timescales
• Collaborate with Commercial teams on planning, pricing and delivery
• Complete site safety documentation including risk assessments, method statements and inspections in line with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with all commercial processes and documentation requirements
• Maintain accurate and timely project records and reporting
• Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety standards
• Participate in relevant training, development and appraisal activities
• Support wider team and business needs as required

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with a strong delivery track record
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, mechanical and electrical project management
• Minimum of 5 years' experience within contract or facilities management
• Relevant professional qualifications desirable
• Strong client and customer focus with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Demonstrated experience of performance management and team leadership
• Ability to coordinate and oversee multi-disciplinary project delivery
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Evidence of delivering projects successfully against time, cost and quality targets
• Commercially aware with a structured and process-driven approach
• Flexible and able to support out-of-hours requirements where needed
