Keltbray is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in façade and cladding delivery to support major commercial schemes across Central London. Working closely with our Contracts Director this role will take ownership of façade and external envelope packages, while also contributing across wider project delivery including M&E interfaces. The position requires a hands-on delivery professional with a strong understanding of Principal Contractor responsibilities and the ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle.

Keltbray is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in façade and cladding delivery to support major commercial schemes across Central London. Working closely with our Contracts Director this role will take ownership of façade and external envelope packages, while also contributing across wider project delivery including M&E interfaces. The position requires a hands-on delivery professional with a strong understanding of Principal Contractor responsibilities and the ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of façade and cladding packages across multiple projects, ensuring programme, quality and cost objectives are met
- Manage all aspects of external envelope works including curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing and associated systems
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, coordination and performance throughout delivery
- Take full responsibility for package management from pre-construction through to completion and handover
- Work closely with design, commercial and site teams to resolve technical and buildability challenges
- Ensure works are delivered in line with health, safety and compliance standards under Principal Contractor duties
- Coordinate and manage interfaces between façade, structural and M&E elements to ensure efficient project integration
- Support planning, sequencing and programme development, identifying and mitigating risks
- Contribute to reporting and communication with senior leadership and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager delivering façade/cladding packages on live construction projects
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems including curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing and external envelope solutions
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontract packages end-to-end, including procurement, delivery and handover
- Background working for Tier 1 contractors or specialist façade/cladding subcontractors
- Good all-round construction knowledge with the ability to support and interface with M&E scopes
- Experience operating under Principal Contractor responsibilities on complex construction projects
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Stable career history with clear progression in façade or external envelope delivery
