About the Role
Role Purpose:
• Managing successful delivery of medium to high complexity and/or high-risk projects to time, cost and quality measures using appropriate methodologies and industry best practices.
• Escalation and mentor to PMO team, ensuring the successful execution of project activities.
• Contributes towards development of the project delivery approach/strategy

Your Key Responsibilities
• Project planning and management: involved in the definition and management of project scope, quality, risks and schedule; organising and leading project status updates to consistently manage expectations, ensuring appropriate levels of communication with project stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects concurrently, leading technical teams to implement solutions.
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal/external Senior Leadership, and team members to gain buy in and support.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure project status and delivered value, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Proactive in resolving problems, making decisions and identifying priorities.
• Work with PMO team and management to allocate and manage resource effectively, aligning staffing profiles with project budgets and availability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and refines project delivery based on feedback and results.
• Provide input to bid response, sales literature and opportunities as required.

Qualifications / Requirements
Qualficiations & experience
• A minimum of 7 years of experience implementing projects and working in tandem with technical teams.
• Proven experience delivering projects within cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Proven experience successfully delivering multiple concurrent and complex projects in a fast-paced, evolving consultancy environment.
• Solid understanding and proven experience working with project management methodologies such as Agile and Prince2.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with both business and IT stakeholders at all levels (including c-suite and executive levels).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attentions to detail.
• Experience of using story/bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
