The Senior Project Manager leads the planning, governance, and delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives. This role partners with business and functional teams to define project goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and objectives.

The Senior Project Manager drives projects through the full lifecycle-from scoping and planning to execution, reporting, and handover-while managing risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption. They ensure consistent project management practices across teams and provide clear communication, governance, and decision-making support to stakeholders at all levels. Where required, the role may also manage external vendors and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Define project scope, goals, KPIs, roadmaps, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reporting.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and facilitate effective decision-making.
• Apply project and change management methodologies to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Communicate project status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ensure successful project closure and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Mentor and support project team members where applicable.

Requirements

• Strong experience in project and/or change management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders up to senior leadership level.
• Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex, and ambiguous environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to support decision-making.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term objectives and immediate priorities.
• Experience managing organizational change initiatives is an advantage.
• PMP, Agile Project Management, or equivalent certification preferred.
