Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure programme adherence and quality standards are met.
  • Support the onboarding and development of subcontractors and engineers to strengthen operational capability.
  • Ensure timely submission of handover documentation to facilitate accurate and prompt invoicing.
  • Carry out site and product audits to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate project records and forecasting through effective database and work bank management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, including preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and reporting of accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences.
  • Undertake additional duties aligned with your skills and experience as required.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware Project Manager who brings energy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to customer service.

You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured manner.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • The ability to perform effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
