Designated Person Ashore (DPA) - Marine Department
UAE (Dubai/Sharjah/Abu Dhabi) | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced DPA to join a Marine Department in the UAE (preferred Arabic and English speaker).

You will be the shore-based link between the company and vessels, ensuring full ISM Code compliance, SMS implementation, and safety oversight across the fleet.

Key Requirements:

- Master Mariner (Class 1) or equivalent - DPA certified
- 3-5 years shore-based marine experience (UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC
- Experience with audits (PSC, SIRE, CDI, Class) and DOC maintenance
- Fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills
