Responsibility for planning, controlling and monitoring construction processes
Identification of additional cost optimization potential for subcontractor services and materials
Developing and updating a timely and cost-optimized project schedule and ensuring comprehensive reporting on opportunities and risks within the project at all times
Technical management of site managers and fitters (m/f/d) as well as ongoing personnel and material requirements planning
Ensuring and carrying out defect-free acceptance by the client, expert or in the case of further official acceptance procedures
What characterizes you
Training in a technical field with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or master craftsman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, alternatively a degree with a technical focus
At least 2 years of specialist professional experience in a technical environment
Knowledge of project management and confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office
Ideally management experience in a comparable position
Analytical thinking, commercial understanding and service orientation
Communication skills, sense of responsibility and empathy
