General ManagementReporting to the Director of TCSS, the successful Software Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of multiple projects across the railway, airport, government and car park industries including growth programmes for Asset Management's software-based products. This is an Agile role and will require the successful Project Manager to travel to our Canning town office E16 4TL 1 day a week and attend meetings as required.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software, systems, and product development projects from initiation through to handover.
- Manage multiple concurrent small to medium-sized projects across a diverse portfolio in a matrix-managed environment.
- Take full ownership of project delivery from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Lead project governance activities, including planning, risk management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and change control.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, balancing priorities and resources across multiple workstreams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and key stakeholders
- Support the successful implementation and growth of Asset Management's software-based products across customer programmes.
Who you are:
This role would suit aproactive Project Manager with a passion for delivering successful outcomes, who is experienced in managing multiple software projects simultaneously within a matrix organisation. With strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Project Management within software, technology, or systems environments (video analytics, AI/ML, or CCTV technologies)
- Experienced in successfully managing the delivery of multiple concurrent customer and internal projects with competing priorities
- Experienced in managing project budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting.
- Translate strategic opportunities into executable plans, ensuring investment decisions deliver measurable value, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- Full UK Driving Licence
