We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager - Finance & Assurance to join a centrally based University of Oxford department on an initial 8-week temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong budgeting, reporting and compliance experience to support a high-profile international programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Review financial reports and monitor project budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and funding templates.
• Analyse Oracle expenditure and process journals.
• Maintain financial trackers and reporting tools.
• Support budget adjustments and financial administration.
• Take committee minutes and provide project support.

About You

You'll have:

• Experience managing finance, assurance and compliance within complex projects or programmes.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using financial systems such as Oracle.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and accurately.
