Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75k + Car / Car Allowance

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure and civil engineering contractor for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Water & Energy division based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects across the water, renewable energy and civil engineering sectors while working within a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients and stakeholders, you will play a key role in driving project performance while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from design and planning through to successful delivery.
  • Manage project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
  • Drive commercial performance and manage project budgets.
  • Monitor programme delivery, risks and resource requirements.
  • Maintain engineering compliance throughout all project stages.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive health, safety, quality and environmental culture across all projects.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A recognised engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong experience within civil engineering, ideally across water infrastructure, AMP frameworks, renewable energy or marine projects.
  • Experience managing project budgets and commercial performance.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • The ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • CSCS Black Card or Professionally Qualified CSCS Card.
  • A full UK driving licence.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of MEP, MEICA or systems integration.
  • SMSTS or NEBOSH qualification.
