We deliver a robust and modern IT infrastructure that connects Odfjell Drilling, Odfjell Technology and Odfjell Oceanwind, supporting around 4,500 users in more than 15+ countries, 9 offshore rigs and interfaces with customer and supplier networks.

At its core, this role is about driving transformation and turning technological initiatives into tangible business value. IT environment demands cross-functional collaboration, you will operate at the critical intersection of IT operations, foundational platforms, and our core business units. As our new IT Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives. This will range from offshore and onshore application rollouts to IT/OT convergence, development projects, and cybersecurity enhancements, ensuring every project directly advances our strategic goals.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who thrives on managing stakeholders and communication. You have a strong business and process understanding, coupled with the ability to lead change management and transformation initiatives. Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related discipline
- Strong business and process understanding
- Experience with change management / transformation
- Strong communication skills, with professional working proficiency in both Norwegian and English
- Offshore / Operation experience
- Experience with modern agile project methodologies and leading cross-functional teams that bridge the gap between technical operations and business units
- Proficiency with modern enterprise project management and collaboration platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar) to track progress, manage resources, and drive transparency
- A solid foundational understanding of modern IT architecture, cloud platforms, and cyber resilience to effectively communicate with specialist teams

Main responsibilities:
- Plan and lead IT projects, delivering them within scope, time and cost
- Manage stakeholders and ensure effective communication across IT operations, platform teams, and business units
- Track cost, progress and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure governance and compliance adherence
- Facilitate improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Support IT strategy execution alongside governance and security alignment
- Manage project resources and suppliers within budget
- Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure QHSE processes are observed
